What We Collect
When you fill in our quote or contact forms, we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, details of your property and the work you need, and anything else you choose to tell us. If you call us, we may record the date, time and number of the call, and calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
How We Use It
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange a survey and provide a quote. Our lawful basis is your consent (given when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to requests for our services.
Who We Share It With
We share your enquiry with the independent qualified electrician who will survey and carry out your work (see our Referral Disclosure). We also use trusted service providers, such as website hosting, form handling and call handling, who process data on our behalf under contract. We never sell your data.
How Long We Keep It
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months, or longer if needed for an ongoing job, a guarantee or a legal obligation.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict its use, to withdraw consent at any time, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@houserewiringmiltonkeynes.co.uk.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
